CUPE Local 4731 is pleased to share an upcoming union education opportunity available to members in both Lethbridge and Calgary.
Women Breaking Barriers is a two-day CUPE workshop focused on women’s experiences within the union. Participants will explore women’s oppression, politics and social change, as well as the barriers, challenges and opportunities women experience within the union.
The workshop also provides participants with an opportunity to discover their own personal leadership style and develop a plan for their next steps and involvement within the union.
Please note that this workshop is open to members who identify as women.
